How I Cope with Stress

A participant from Goirtin shares some ideas on how to cope with stress

Physical Exercise

When I feel stressed out I usually do yoga exercises two to three times a week. Also, I like to walk regularly. I find the walking and yoga very stimulating.

My Diet

I like to eat a healthy diet which consists of plenty of greens, white meat and potatoes. Also, a glass of orange juice a day gives you regular vitamins.

Support Network

I have friends whom I can reach out to if I need support, people whom I can rely on. I am grateful for my friends.

My attitude

I always try to have a positive attitude in life because it helps me get through the day.

Sense of Control

I feel I have a strong spirit which gives me good confidence.
